EXCELLENT ACHIEVEMENTS FROM NGUYEN MINH KHANG - A RIVERSIDE VASER REPRESENTATIVE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FINAL ROUND OF AN INTERNATIONAL ENGLISH SPEAKING CONTEST 

📖 Congratulation to Nguyễn Minh Khang – a student of class 12.R1 Riverside Campus who is one of 29 Vietnamese students earning a Silver medal in Teeneagle International English speaking contest.

📖 Teeneagle is an International English Language Competition for students from grades 5 to 12. (Headquarter is based at Network Business Centre, 5-7, Kingston Hill, Kingston, London, England ). The competition is accredited and certified by Brooke House College. The contest is hosted by Brunel University, London, UK.

📖 This year marks the second year that the competition has been held for Vietnamese students. Recently, Vietnamese Team has won honorable prizes in the first Round- Online round of the competition with 1 Gold, 6 Silver, 6 Bronze, and 16 other honorable prizes. Students with great achievements of the first round will continue to compete with international contestants in the second round in United Kingdom in the coming July of the year 2023.

📖 This contest is really a memorable experience for all students as it drives them to strive for excellence in learning and enhancing their communicate skills when using English. This is a great opportunity for students to exchange knowledge and to reinforce linguistic skills. Undoubtedly, the competition enables participants to promote understanding within international cultural environment.

Minh Khang has also attained the following achievements:  
- IELTS 8.0 
- Scholarship offered by domestic and overseas schools worth more than 3 billion VND

📍 Being offered highest scholarships by 3 following universities in US 
- University of Connecticut- scholarship worth 61,000 USD/4 years + 1.000USD accommodation fee. 
- Arizona State University- scholarship worth 58,000 USD/4 years 
- University of South Carolina - scholarship worth 10,000 USD/4 years

📍 When attempting to apply for two universities in Vietnam, Minh Khang has been offered valuable scholarships by both schools.  
- University of Greenwich – scholarship 70% in 3 years  
- Talent Scholarship – offered by Swinburne University of Technology Vietnam- worth 200.000.000 VND
