VAS has built a strong community of national and international teachers, staff and managers, who passionately and effectively deliver VAS’s educational programmes. In addition, VAS aims to excel in communicating and engaging parents to create a partnership where families support our educational staff and objectives to ensure that all students achieve their full potential.

We wish for every student to develop a high level of academic achievement and grow both intellectually and socially. We believe that today’s young talents will be successful in the future if they are provided with the highest standard of education right from the beginning. The pace of change is accelerating due to digitalization, generative AI revolution, and increasing environmental sustainability demands. 1 - Enhancing our Education Services Quality and Differentiation: We will strengthen & differentiate our education services (CEP, CAP-B, CAP-I) thanks to an advanced literacy, enabling more personalized teaching and learning practices and superior results. Distinctive digital literacy (including GenAI’s ones), wellbeing, English oracy, soft skills, and design thinking skills will be core elements of our curriculum & ECAs.

2 - Fostering Agility and Innovation: By simplifying and streamlining our processes, deploying modern IT systems (CRM, Finance ERP, LMS-SIS, HRM) and data management, and changing our leadership practices, we will enhance cross-functional collaboration, empowerment and innovation for our customers’ benefit. We will become more agile, able to adapt and respond swiftly and cost-effectively to the evolving needs of our students and stakeholders and to the acceleration of change.

3 - Strengthening Employee Competencies with a focus on Digital Literacy: We will strengthen our employees’ competencies and performances by enhancing our professional development activities and performance management processes. Additionally, we will build a strong and advanced digital literacy and GenAI usage among teachers and colleagues through developing and deploying a unique digital literacy proprietary training program.
