The Contest was launched in September 2016. We received 139 video clips made by students in all grades of Kindergarten and Primary. This is the first time such a program has been held within VAS. Through the competition, VAS hoped to create an environment for students to communicate in English and to help them develop ideas and awareness about social issues. The program encourages them to dream, to pursue and be confident in sharing their dreams, as well as develop their presentation skills, public speaking skills and become familiar with the 7th art.

Many students chose the prevailing problems of modern society such as environmental pollution, online games, the changes to family life in the technology era, the psychological changes experienced by teenagers, parental expectations and pressure for children.
