The World Scholar’s Cup at Sala Mega Campus – List-to-remember
On behalf of the Sala Management Team, there are some highlights we would like to keep you in the loops for best preparation before the 11/5 and 12/5/2019.
- All students are requested to check-in at the Sports hall (Ground floor) and receive nametags from the WSC members from 8.30 AM. Students should bring ID card for faster attendance check.
- Students will attend the Opening ceremony and the orientation by WSC at the Auditorium (5th floor), this will be used for the groupings as well.
- Debate room: in the classrooms. WSC will send the room allocation to scholars and adjudicators via email
- Canteen on 5th floor for the collaborative Writing
- Canteen on 2nd and 3rd floor to be serving lunch
- Reception area / front desk: to serve snacks in the afternoon. Students get snacks before leaving for home
- The wifi will be open to students. Username: VASGuest. Password: welcome2018.
- The 13/5 Scholar bowl at the theater is only for Juniors and Seniors, not including Skittles
- Parents should follow the security instructions to park vehicles in the basement
- Parents pick up children on the 11/5 and 12/5 at the front lobby/ reception area
- Parents who wish to wait for their children should be gathering at the Sports Hall
