Summer Program – Fun and active

Thanks to the benefits of games, Vietnam Australia International School designs curricula that integrate learning and playing to help students take part in physical activities while in school without hesitation. In particular, the "Big games" event for preschoolers in the summer program 2013 was a typical example.

The child athletes concentrated intently on obstacle-overcoming games that required great agility and dexterity such as "Riding Deer", "Ant Retrievers", "Professional Miners" and so on. In particular, these games helped children enhance confidence and skills to work with their team. In addition, the school also invested in activities that stimulated brain development in children to help them recognize colors and other things in their surrounding environment like picking the right fruits in the "Talented Farmer" game or selecting and pronouncing animals correctly with foreign teachers to earn high marks for their team.

Children are basically hyperactive, adventurous, curious, bright and fast learners. Aiming to help them achieve physical and intellectual developments comprehensively, the school always offers students favorable conditions to progress. Hopefully, the meaningful summer program and the "big games" event have given students great pleasure in learning and in life.
