“What happiness means to you?" painting contest is officially started and open for submissions!
With the topic "What happiness means to you?", VASers can draw about the things/moments/people that make life happy and help you all to think and act positively:
• Meals or trips with beautiful memories with family / friends / teachers ...
• Happy moments with teachers and friends in the schoolyard
• Portrait of a loved one or a person who has a special meaning in your life ...
• The moment you feel proud because of your achievement, whether small or big (changing your daily habit, or receiving an award from a competition...) ...
• The moment you see the smiles of the disadvantaged children or people that you have helped from community projects…
• Or anything else that makes you happy.
Timeline:
• Elimination round 1: 20th September - 06th November 2022
• Elimination round 2: 07th November - 25th December 2022
• Final round: January 2023
Prizes:
• 4 First prizes (Kindergarten, Primary, Secondary, Teacher/Staff): 3.000.000 VND each
• 4 Second prizes (Kindergarten, Primary, Secondary, Teacher/Staff): 2.000.000 VND each
• 4 Third prizes (Kindergarten, Primary, Secondary, Teacher/Staff): 1.000.000 VND each
• 2 prizes for the most favorite artworks through online voting (2 rounds): 1.000.000 VND each round
• 1 prize for the campus with the most entries throughout the contest: 2.000.000 VND
VAS will select paintings that are best suited for VAS calendar 2023 according to the criteria of the organizers. The students whose artworks are selected for the calendar will receive 500,000 VND in royalties for each selected painting. (Note: The winning paintings will not receive royalties.)
