Happiness is sharing
At 8 am on December 29, 2013, students of Class 12.3 at Ba Thang Hai Campus departed for the HCMC Oncology Hospital to visit child patients there. The students were moved almost to tears when they looked into the eyes of the small children undergoing treatment but having a strong desire to go to school like their peers. Having a chance to visit, share, encourage and give gifts to the unlucky juniors, the students understand more about the values of life which are appreciating ourhappiness and sympathizing with the unhappy people around us!

After the trip of the 12th graders, Junior Secondary and Primary students also visited Te-Phan Shelter, Center for Caring and Sponsoring Children in Go Vap and the elderly at Dieu Phap Pagoda in Binh Thanh District on January 01, 2014. Groups of students took turns to present gifts to the elderly and children at the shelters. After short introductions, the students sat down to talk and share with the underprivileged, both old and young. The warm atmosphere was fill with songs by students and children at the shelters such as "Tet’s coming" or "This Earth is ours", etc. The students were happy thanks to the practical experiences they had learned about the value of love for people around them.

Visiting Te Pham Home - District 3
The "Let’s share" program ended on January 03, 2014 with visits by the students of Classes 8.4, 8.5, and 8.11 to the orphans at Ky Quang Pagoda - Go Vap and Class 10.4 to the children abandoned at birth to 9 months old at Linh Son Pagoda - District 4. At those places the students had a chance to listen to touching stories about the unlucky children.

It was too hard to say goodbye! The trip was filled with emotions and memorable experiences of a simple but significant task toward people in need.
