Spread Your Love - The first Charity Activity of the school year 2019-2020 by Ba Thang Hai campus

At VAS, in addition to cultivating academic knowledge and fostering talents for students, the school also concentrates on educating them about solidarity and lovingness through meaningful charity activities. On August 25, students of classes 12B4 and 12B5, CIP programme, at Ba Thang Hai campus accompanied a group of doctors from the National Hospital of Traditional Medicine to deliver free-of-charge health check services and gifts to 100 disadvantaged families in An Thoi Dong commune, Can Gio district.

On behalf of the school, students presented 140 certificates of health insurance and 100 gifts to the disadvantaged people there. In addition to the charity activity, they also learned and experienced the procedure of health check, medicine distribution and acupuncture treatment from skilled doctors from the National Hospital of Traditional Medicine. This activity really inspires students who wants to work in medical field.

VAS would like to express our sincere thanks parents for supporting the school to successfully organize this meaningful charity trip. VAS hopes that the charity activities in the school year 2019-2020 will also help students have a better understanding of humanity in addition to other community programmes, contests and inspirational sharing series being held at the school.
