4 - day - 3 - night trip challenge without parents

The team building activities “Hội An in my eyes” and “Hội An’s rural life & cooking life” has brought students into the journey of exploring traditional cultures through visiting historical places, practicing farming, and cooking. Students also joined the green activity of river cleaning up and Kayak & Boat tour. VASers also continued the journey with “Art of living space” on the third day by visiting Bich Hoa Tam Thanh village, painting wood fishes and designing kites.

The challenge of traveling 4 days and 3 nights without parents really begins. On this overnight field trip away from home and parents, students have to take care of themselves, make plans to develop their independence, and always take the initiative for each task. At the same time, the students could build up their confidence about what they can do. Last but not least, a trip like this is a valuable opportunity for our teenage campers to connect with each other, improve their physical strength, and upgrade their observation skills and knowledge about nature and culture.
