Ho Chi Minh City, April 17th, 2020
ANNOUNCEMENT LETTER
Regarding your feedback
Dear Parents,
Vietnam Australia International School (VAS) would like to express our sincere thanks to Parents for your companionship and trust in the School during the journey of building a conducive learning environment for our students over the last years.
Dear Parents, over the last few days the School has received a number of feedbacks from Parents. The School has considered and listened to your feedback thoroughly and with great appreciation, for the purpose of fostering a better relationship between us.
During this social distancing period, the School’s management team members, both local and expatriate, are facing with some difficulties caused by the disease. This has, in one way or another, caused some delay in responding to your questions and concerns. We are truly sorry and hope to receive your understanding and sympathy in this situation.
We are actively gathering your feedback and concerns in order to provide the solutions that will harmoniously suit the current circumstances, in the spirit of mutual sharing and supporting one another to weather through the difficulties ahead of us. These solutions will be shared with you shortly, the 2 notices sent out on the 9th and 11th April will be replaced with a new announcement. The School sincerely urges Parents to be patient and give us more time to get to that.
During this time, both the School and Parents should understand that all our communication is gearing towards ensuring the continuity of our students’ study in the best possible conditions. Let’s work closely together with mutual respect, positivity and most importantly, without causing any negative impact on the successful completion of the education programme of our beloved students regardless of the situation we are in.
Although the disease has posed great challenge and difficulties for every individual, for Vietnam as well as the world, we believe that with the spirit of sharing and solidarity, all these challenges and difficulties will be left behind. Let’s join hands in responding to the government’s call in combating this battle.
On behalf of the Management and teaching faculty of VAS, we wish to express our sincere empathy to you and every member of your family. We wish you and your family great health and safe stay throughout this challenging time.
Yours sincerely,
VAS Board of Management
