VAS’s inspired young talents
On the morning of January 27th, 2018, at Ben Thanh Opera House, VAS organized the Finale and Awards Presentation for VAS’s Got Talent 2017 Contest with the participation of over 1,000 VAS students and parents. This was the third year in a row that VAS organized such a largescale talent-search program, attracting hundreds of students from kindergarten to secondary school with more than 300 entries. According to the professional specialist guests including choreographers, musicians, and music producers, the performances at VAS's Got Talent 2017 were of high artistic quality and gradually coming near to the level of professionalism.

VAS's Got Talent is the most expecting contest at VAS, where the students are encouraged to express their passion for all types of talents from singing, dancing to instrumental performances, martial arts, yoga, calligraphy, and rubik solving. This year, the race to be crowned champion heated up right from the start at the Campus round with more than 300 entries. Out of these, 150 were chosen to officially perform at the Campus round and the best 33 performances were then selected for the Final round.
According to the professional guests - the performances at VAS's Got Talent 2017 are of high artistic quality and gradually coming near to the level of professionalism.
With two years of experience in hand, this year VAS students were more confident in choosing the songs, piano melodies, and dancing performances of a higher level of difficulty. Their performances also showcased the uniqueness with high quality which, in turn, proves improvement in their vocal techniques, perception of the work and performing styles. To promote the students’ professionalism, VAS also invited musician and music producer Duong Khac Linh and two choreographers Danial Denev and Lam Vinh Hai to train them for the final round.

With the students’ outstanding performances, the Finale and Award Presentation of VAS's Got Talent 2017 made both the parents and students feel a lot of excitement and emotion. The performance "Just Give Me A Reason" by the band from Ba Thang Hai Campus won first prize. In addition, VAS also awarded 2 second place prizes, 3 third place prizes and 11 Consolation prizes for other excellent performances.
The students of VAS have confidently challenged themselves by proactively selecting the songs, piano melodies, and dancing performances with a higher level of difficulty and uniqueness.
These awards are motivation for VAS students to pursue their passion and to obtain higher achievements in both study and life!
