VAS donated over 120 million VND for the containment zone in Go Vap district – Helping the fight against Covid-19
Seeing this hardship, VAS Executive Chairman and Board of Management have decided to donate food and other necessities valued 129.812.950 million VND to households facing financial difficulties and the volunteers who are on duty in this specific zone.
On the morning of June 7th 2021, all the donated items have been quickly delivered to Go Vap district, including:
- 500 boxes of drinking water (500ml)
- 300 boxes of 4-layer medical masks
- 153 boxes of instant noodles
- 150 boxes of fresh milk
- 1,630 boxes of sauced fish
- 270kg of vegetables and fruits
- 20 boxes of splash shield
Through this donation, VAS hopes to stand with the government and the society to fight against Covid-19 pandemic. Moreover, this is an opportunity for VAS to deliver the message about national spirit, teamwork and love between people in a country to our students, teachers, and staff.
