VAS talk show on passion and national pride

This series of events which is to inspire the students to passion and national pride is delivered by 7 volunteer speakers, including well-known artists and businessmen such as Thanh Loc - a meritorious artist,  Duong Khac Linh and Duc Tri, two popuplar musicians,  Lam Vinh Hai – a famous dancer,  Eddie Thai – an investor and Mr. Marcel Van Miert - VAS Executive Chairman.

VAS TALKS 2016, a non-profit program, is enthusiastically responded by the artists, businessmen and students. This is one of the events to promote the 7 Core Values Education  Program which VAS launched and have developed since 2014-2015. Providing students with chances to interact with the speakers and share their real stories and experiences, these events are expected to foster the students’ confidence and passion while nurturing national pride in them.  Most importantly, they are to inspire the students to become kind & happy people.

Established in 2004, VAS now has over 6.200 students studying at 07 campuses in HCMC. VAS’s goal is to create a comfortable and modern learning environment where every student is encouraged to showcase the innate ability to their best and their passions nurtured to help them succeed in higher education and in life while preserving the cultural values of Vietnam. With this orientation, the School has implemented the 7 Core Values Education,  including "Excellence, Respect, Teamwork, Confidence, Passion, Integrity and National Pride" through a great variety of activities which  promote students’ understanding and re-inforce these values in their journey to maturity at VAS.
