VAS implemented the training and guidance programme for teachers to get ready for the new school year

With the goal of continuously enhancing the quality of education for students, the Induction and Training Programme is organized annually by the school to orient, inspire and ensure that the VAS teachers meet the students’ needs learning, experiencing and developing themselves in the best way during their time at the school.

Accordingly, the Cambridge and MOET teaching staff are participating in bespoke trainings tailored to their needs supporting new initiatives in curriculum development, data analysis, pedagogy, and student focused learning.

The Induction Programme this year included interesting team building activities which were well received by both international and local teaching members. Great level of bonding, positive energy, team spirit, and commitment to high quality, have been witnessed as key highlights of this year's programme.

During the past 18 years, the school has always been proud of its dedicated, highly qualified and experienced teachers and staff who have great love for children. All VAS teachers are ready to give VASers a promising and successful school year with valuable new experiences awaiting them!
